Silver tier gains a second free seat reservation each month. Does not roll over. Gold unchanged.
What changed in August, and one perk worth a second look
This is the web copy of the email we sent to subscribers. If you arrived here from that email, your featured-perk code is below. If you found this page another way, the code is still valid until the end of the month.
Enter it on the program's own page, reached through the button on the right. The code is the same for every subscriber and expires on 30 September 2026. AloPerks earns nothing when you use it.
Undervalued this month: audiobook loans on a library card
Kraków Public Libraries doubled the digital audiobook limit at the end of August, from three titles at a time to six, and holds no longer count against it. A reader card costs nothing. If you already have one and have never used the app, this is the month to open it.
We compared the catalogue against two paid audiobook subscriptions our readers most often mention. Of the fifty most-borrowed titles in the paid services, the library app carried thirty-one. That is not everything, but it is a lot more than most people expect from a free card, and the new limit means you are unlikely to hit the ceiling.
The featured code above is for the program partner we chose this month; it is described on the page the button opens. As always, we chose it before anyone was asked and nobody paid for the mention.
Changes by program
Every entry below passed all four steps of our method. The date is the day we confirmed it, not the day the program announced it.
Improved
Flex plan members can book meeting rooms in Gdańsk, Poznań and Łódź under the existing two-hours-a-week allowance.
Digital audiobook loans doubled to six concurrent titles; holds no longer count against the limit.
Membership freeze extended from one month to three per year, splittable into two periods.
Reduced
Free cup moves from the tenth stamp to the twelfth from 1 October. Cards begun before that date are honoured at ten.
Points earned on fuel purchases halved. Grocery earning rate unchanged. Expiry window remains 90 days.
Wording changes worth knowing
"Consecutive nights" replaced with "booked nights" in the free-night clause. In practice one-night stays now count toward the seventh free night.
Free changes now explicitly limited to the same cabin class. The rule was always applied this way; the terms now say so.
The full list of 37 entries, including 24 minor clarifications, is in the email version. We keep the web copy to the entries that change what a member can actually do.
Ending soon
Send proof of an equivalent tier from another airline program and Northline mirrors it for twelve months. After this date the desk expects the standard two-flight qualification to return.
Garments handed in by 31 October are still altered at no charge. We have asked whether a paid tier will replace the perk and will report in Issue 20.
Not a perk change, but season card holders lose the 6 am opening after this date. Winter hours start at 7 am.
The annual pass returns to its regular price after 15 October. The Thursday companion entry stays.
Reader questions
"Does the rail Silver tier reservation perk apply to international routes?"
No. We asked in writing; the answer was domestic routes only, including the cross-border stretch to the first station past the frontier.
"My coworking plan says printing is included but the front desk charges me. Who is right?"
The terms are. Section 4.3 of the Flex plan includes 100 pages a month. Show the clause; two readers report the charge was reversed on the spot.
"Is the tea house card on Floriańska still giving free refills?"
On the list for October. The printed sign is gone but staff still honour it; we want a written answer from the owner before we call it confirmed.
Three more questions were answered privately because they concerned individual account problems rather than program terms.
