How to read the board, and the rules for using this site

Who we are

AloPerks is an editorial desk based at ul. Szewska 14/3, 31-009 Kraków, Poland. It is run by two editors and publishes the website at aloperks.com and a monthly email called the Perks Digest. Contact: contact@aloperks.com.

By reading the site or the digest you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use them; we will not be offended.

What the board and digest are

The perk board and the digest are journalism about the published terms of membership and loyalty programs. Each entry describes a perk, a change to it, the date we last confirmed it, and how we confirmed it. They are written for a general reader and are not legal, financial or consumer advice.

Programs named on the board are named because readers ask about them. Where a program is small or local, or where we have not obtained permission to describe it, we may use a descriptive name rather than the program's own. Any resemblance to a program we do not track is a coincidence and should be reported so we can fix it.

Accuracy and verification

Every entry passes the four-step method described on the home page before it is published. We work from primary sources, compare against an archived copy, confirm in practice where we can, and publish monthly. The "checked" date on each entry is our most recent confirmation.

Programs change their terms without telling us, sometimes on the day we publish. An entry is therefore a statement that on the checked date, the terms said this, not a guarantee that they still do. Before relying on a perk for something that matters, read the program's current terms yourself. If they differ from ours, tell us and we will recheck and correct.

Corrections are published in the next digest and applied to the board as soon as they are confirmed. We do not silently edit entries; a corrected entry says it was corrected.

Independence

AloPerks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any program named on the board or in the digest. We do not sell placement, accept sponsorship for entries, or earn referral commissions from the programs we cover. Nobody outside the desk sees an issue before it is sent.

We pay for our own memberships. Where a program has given us a complimentary membership for testing, the relevant entry says so.

Featured codes and outbound links

Each digest issue may include one featured-perk code and a link to the program's own page. The code belongs to the program, not to us; the program sets its terms, its expiry, and what it can be used for. We publish it because we think the perk is worth a reader's attention and for no other reason. We receive nothing when a code is used.

Links from this site or the digest to other websites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or for what happens after you leave aloperks.com.

The digest email

The Perks Digest is sent only to people who asked for it, once a month, with an unsubscribe link in every issue. Our full commitments are in the "How we email" section on every page and in the privacy notice. Forwarding an issue to a friend is welcome; adding someone else's address to our list is not, and we remove any address whose owner tells us they did not subscribe.

Using this site

You may read, link to and share pages of aloperks.com freely. You may not scrape the board to republish it as a dataset or feed, present our entries as your own, attempt to gain access to parts of the server not meant for visitors, or use the site in a way that interferes with other people's use of it.

Copyright and quoting

The text, layout and mark of AloPerks are © AloPerks. Program names belong to the programs. You may quote entries for review, commentary or reporting with a credit and, online, a link to the page. Reproducing an entire issue or the whole board needs our written permission; ask at contact@aloperks.com and we are likely to say yes.

Limits of our responsibility

The site and the digest are provided as they are, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an entry, from a program changing or withdrawing a perk, from a featured code not working, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish or applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kraków, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Changes to these terms

We update the version and date at the top of this page when the terms change, and we mention the change in the next digest. Version 2 (September 2026): added the section on featured codes. Version 1 (June 2025): first published.
